CAPTURED Study

Our GP practice is taking part in a research study called CAPTURED, which aims to help improve patient care.

As part of the study, secure computer systems will be used to help identify patients who may have rare or hard-to-diagnose conditions. If needed, some patients may be invited for further tests to check for these conditions. Finding conditions earlier can help people get the right treatment and support sooner.

We will be sharing anonymised (non-identifiable) patient information with the research team. This means your personal details will not be shared, and you cannot be identified from the data.

If you would prefer not to have your information included, you can opt out at any time by speaking to a member of our practice team. This will not affect your care in any way.
